Technical Service Engineer

About the job

As a technical service engineer, you keep the technical installations in building management systems running well. Every day you use your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to make sure installations work at their best and customers are happy. You also get to work with advanced technology and grow in your career.

What you'll do

• Carry out maintenance: plan and perform preventive inspections and corrective repairs on technical installations.
• Fix faults: analyse and repair complex breakdowns, often under time pressure.
• Commission installations: check, test and optimise automation and control systems.
• Modify software: make changes in building management systems and advise on improvements.
• Report: document completed work and communicate with customers and colleagues.

What we ask

• A completed technical education at MBO 3 or 4 level (Dutch vocational qualification).
• At least 2 years of experience as a technical service engineer.
• Knowledge of building management systems; experience with Priva is a plus.
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
• A proactive approach and strong problem-solving ability.
