About the job
As an automotive glass technician, you assess damage, repair and replace car windows and windscreens. You are the first point of contact for customers. You explain clearly what work you are doing. You also handle the paperwork correctly and help keep customers safe on the road.
What you'll do
- Assess damage to car windows and windscreens
- Repair and replace car windows and windscreens
- Advise customers on safety and maintenance
- Install temporary solutions when a replacement window is not immediately available
- Recalibrate camera systems and driver assistance systems
- Handle the administrative side of completed jobs
- Carry out after-sales tasks following repairs
What we ask
- Category B driving licence, manual gearbox, required
- Good physical condition and ability to stay active throughout the day
- Good communication skills and ability to explain your work clearly to customers
- Willingness to be on call for emergencies in the evenings and at weekends (usually no more than one Saturday per month)
- Interest in technology
- Attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude
- Willingness to do physical work
What we offer
- Gross salary from €2,800 to €3,500 per month
- 25 days of annual leave
