Catering Equipment Service Technician

About the job

A technical company that services professional catering equipment is looking for an experienced service technician in Amsterdam. You will be responsible for keeping these systems running properly at customer locations.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair faults in catering equipment
• Carry out inspections and repairs of electrical installations and switching systems
• Perform inspections and tests according to NEN 3140 VP (Dutch standard for electrical safety inspections)
• Advise customers on how to use and maintain the equipment

What we ask

• MBO diploma (Dutch vocational qualification) in electrical engineering or a related field
• Category B driving licence
• Knowledge of electrical systems and switching diagrams
• Experience diagnosing and fixing technical faults
• Certificate or practical experience in line with NEN 3140 VP
