Technical Service Engineer – Building Mechanics

About the job

As a technical service engineer in building mechanics in Arnhem, you keep installations running reliably in offices, shops, and healthcare facilities. You diagnose faults, advise clients, and maintain technical quality through regular inspections. The work is varied and largely independent.

What you'll do

• Find and fix faults
• Inspect mechanical installations
• Spot the need for repairs or replacements in time
• Give clients clear advice on maintenance
• Work with colleagues and take part in emergency standby shifts

What we ask

• MBO level 4 diploma (Dutch vocational qualification) in building mechanics or a comparable field
• Category B driving licence
• Flexible attitude and ability to respond quickly
• Willingness to take emergency standby shifts and occasionally work overtime
• Problem-solving approach and willingness to work with colleagues
• Ability to work independently, and knowing when to ask for help or advice

• Gross monthly salary from €3,957 to €5,119
