About the job

You work as a plasterer and know exactly what the job takes. You finish walls and ceilings neatly and evenly, on new builds, at private clients, and in office buildings. You work in line with what the client wants and you take care of the end result.

What you'll do

• Prepare surfaces before plastering
• Apply plaster to walls and ceilings in different types of buildings: residential, private, and office
• Choose the right materials for each surface
• Check the quality of your work and make sure it meets the requirements
• Keep your workspace clean, tidy, and safe
• Work with a colleague on different jobs

What we ask

• At least 2 years of documented experience as a plasterer
• Knowledge of hand-applied plaster (raapwerk) and decorative plaster (sierpleister); experience with machine plastering (spack/gips) is a plus
• Category B driving licence (big plus)
• Basic VCA certificate (a Dutch safety certificate for construction work), or willingness to get it for free

What we offer

• Salary in line with the Afbouw CAO (CAO is a Dutch collective labour agreement that sets pay and conditions for a sector): €3,650 to €4,000 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications

• Full-time work: 37.5 hours per week
