All-round carpenter / construction joiner

About the job

As an all-round carpenter in Elst, you combine skill with responsibility. You work on renovation, transformation, maintenance and new-build projects in commercial construction. You keep an overview of the work, coordinate activities and bring every project to a good result.

What you'll do

• Carry out a wide range of carpentry and joinery work to specification
• Plan ahead and organise work on the construction site
• Coordinate with the site manager, colleagues, clients and other trades
• Signal deviations from the plan and solve problems
• Keep quality, safety, progress, order and cleanliness on site in check

What we ask

• A completed construction education or documented practical experience
• One to three years of experience as a carpenter or construction joiner
• Experience with renovation, maintenance, commercial construction or new build
• Ability to read and apply construction drawings and work instructions in practice
• Accurate, results-focused work in line with health and safety rules
• Good communication, loyalty to the project team and a willingness to work together

What we offer

• 32 to 40 hours per week
• Up to €4,600 gross per month, depending on experience
• Pension in line with the CAO Bouw & Infra (CAO: collective labour agreement for the construction and infrastructure sector)
