Production Employee

Salaris: tussen €2690 en €3330 per maand

As a Production Employee, you’ll work in a small, close-knit team where everyone helps each other. Together, you’ll prepare popular food products such as spareribs, grilled sausages and meatballs.

Your daily tasks include:

Preparing and producing meat products following recipes

Operating and monitoring production equipment

Checking products to make sure they meet quality standards

Learning different production techniques

Working as a Grill Master every 2–3 weeks, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Most of the time, you’ll work during the day. Every few weeks, you’ll switch to an evening shift to take care of the grilled products.

You don’t need previous production experience. Whether you’ve worked in logistics, hospitality, retail or somewhere else, we’d love to meet you!

Gross monthly salary of €2,691 – €3,329, depending on experience

Direct contract with the company from your first day

24 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance

Travel allowance for distances of 10 km or more (one way)
