Team Leader Industrial Cleaning

Salaris: €3422.00 – €4602.00 per maand

As a Team Leader Industrial Cleaning, you will be responsible for the daily management of the Industrial Cleaning department in Eindhoven. You will ensure that all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable quality standards. You will maintain a visible presence on the shop floor, support your team where needed, and continuously drive process improvements.

Your responsibilities include

Leading and supporting a team of approximately 30 employees;

Planning, organizing, and monitoring daily operations;

Monitoring safety, quality, and productivity within the department;

Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE);

Coaching, developing, and motivating employees;

Training and onboarding new team members;

Managing shift handovers and ensuring clear communication within the team;

Resolving operational challenges and adjusting priorities when necessary;

Initiating and supporting process improvements based on Lean and 5S principles;

Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling and reporting;

Working closely with other departments to ensure an efficient workflow.

A gross monthly salary between €2,900 and €3,900;

MBO+ (vocational college) level of education and thinking;

Experience in a production, logistics, or industrial cleaning environment;

Proven experience leading or coordinating a team;

Good command of the English language;

Experience with planning and organizing work activities;

Willingness to work in a two-shift system;

Knowledge of Lean and 5S is an advantage;

A natural leader who knows how to motivate people;

Solution-oriented and able to remain calm under pressure;
