As a Technician in Veldhoven, you will work with highly advanced technology in a modern high-tech manufacturing environment. You will build and test complex modules, work with mechanical, electrical and mechatronic components, and solve technical challenges together with experienced technicians and engineers.You don’t need to know everything from day one. A technical background, a practical mindset and the motivation to learn are what matter most.Job descriptionAs a Technician, you will help build and test complex technical modules and systems. You will work both independently and closely with experienced colleagues, engineers and specialists.Every day brings different technical challenges. One day you may be assembling and adjusting components; the next, you may be investigating why a test result is outside specifications and working with your team to find the solution.Your responsibilities will include:Assembling mechanical, electrical and mechatronic components.Building complex modules based on technical drawings and work instructions.Installing, aligning and precisely adjusting components.Performing measurements, tests and quality checks.Identifying and analysing technical deviations.Troubleshooting technical issues independently or together with colleagues.Recording test results, activities and deviations in digital systems.Working according to strict quality, safety and cleanroom procedures.Continuously developing your technical knowledge and practical skills.Precision is key. You will work on advanced systems where even very small deviations can have a significant impact on the final result.But you won't be expected to know everything from the start. You will work alongside experienced colleagues who can help you develop your skills and technical knowledge.
