Pharmaceutical Production Operator

About the job

You work as an operator at a pharmaceutical production facility in Olst. Your role is to run production lines and keep processes running correctly, following strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.

What you'll do

• Prepare machines and installations for production and check that they work correctly
• Monitor, start up and adjust production processes according to schedules and procedures
• Troubleshoot problems on your own, and work with the technical department for more complex issues
• Take samples and carry out basic quality checks to keep product standards on track
• Clean equipment and workstations according to health, safety and hygiene rules

What we ask

• Work experience as a production operator, preferably in a cleanroom environment
• Completed Vapro B course or documented equivalent experience in industrial production
• Willingness to work a 5-shift schedule and access to your own transport (maximum 45-minute commute)
• Good command of Dutch, spoken and written
