Production Operator

Salary: €2,700 – €3,300 gross per month.

## About the job

As a Production Operator, you make sure the production process runs safely, smoothly and on schedule. You monitor product quality and sort out technical problems as they come up.

You work a 5-shift rotation

• 2 morning shifts
• 2 afternoon shifts
• 2 night shifts
• Then 4 days off in a row

## What you'll do

• Operate, set up and adjust production machines
• Monitor the production process
• Diagnose and fix mechanical or process problems
• Carry out quality checks according to HACCP, GMP and BRC standards
• Keep to production schedules
• Share ideas for continuous improvement

## What we ask

Previous experience as an Operator is a plus, but not required. Candidates with a production background or strong technical skills are welcome to apply. Full training is provided.

• Good command of Dutch or English
• Motivated and hands-on approach to work
• Physically fit for production work
• Attention to quality and detail
• Willingness to learn and improve processes
