About the job

The client is a company with over 70 years of experience in managing and maintaining public spaces in the Netherlands. They are hiring pavers in Heerlen for a range of work laying and maintaining paved surfaces.

What you'll do

• Lay concrete paving bricks in residential areas
• Create decorative surfaces in parks and public spaces
• Carry out maintenance and repair work on paved surfaces
• Supervise the work of assistants or apprentices
• Coordinate work with the site manager

What we ask

• Several years of experience as a paver
• Accurate and organised way of working
• BE driving licence
• VCA certificate (safety certificate for working on construction sites), a plus

What we offer

• Gross salary between €2,818 and €3,268 per month
• 8% vakantiegeld (holiday allowance, a statutory annual bonus)
• 25 days holiday plus 20 ATV days (short-time working days as part of the CAO agreement)
• Full-time position
• Travel cost reimbursement
• Employment conditions under the CAO Hoveniersbedrijf (collective labour agreement for the horticulture and landscaping sector)
