Lead Data Network Installer

About the job

As a Lead Data Network Installer, you work on telecom projects in Rosmalen. You are responsible for delivering data and communication projects correctly. You are also a key contact for colleagues and clients. You use your technical knowledge and leadership skills to keep projects running smoothly and to meet the agreed quality standards.

What you'll do

• Lead medium and large data projects from start to completion, independently
• Manage a team: monitor progress, quality, and efficiency
• Read and interpret technical drawings and translate them into precise work on site
• Develop and apply numbering plans and carry out network measurements
• Spot and report deviations from quality standards and suggest solutions
• Coach colleagues: share knowledge, motivate the team, and work together toward the best results

What we ask

• Technical education at MBO-3 level (Dutch intermediate vocational level) or comparable knowledge and experience
• Flexible attitude and willingness to work varying hours
• Category B(E) driving licence and willingness to travel to different project locations
• VCA certificate (Dutch safety certificate for working on construction and industrial sites) or willingness to obtain one quickly
• Experience with low-voltage installations is a plus

• Salary from €3,200 to €4,300 gross per month
• Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment
• Working week of 32 to 40 hours
