Maintenance Worker / Warehouse Logistics

About the job

As a maintenance worker in a warehouse, you are the go-to person for colleagues when something is wrong with the building or its equipment. You fix small technical issues yourself. For bigger repairs, you bring in external service companies. You plan inspections and maintenance work, coordinate technicians on site, and make sure the building and facilities support the daily work of the warehouse.

What you'll do

• Carry out small repairs and light maintenance on the building and its equipment
• Receive reports of technical issues and arrange the right solutions
• Manage lighting, gates, alarms, cameras, keys, and access cards
• Assign work to external companies, schedule appointments, and supervise technicians on site
• Plan and monitor technical inspections: warehouse racks, internal transport equipment, and tools
• Manage tools, internal transport equipment, work clothing, and personal protective equipment
• Receive visitors, handle incoming and outgoing small parcels, and enter orders into the system
• Give technical support to health and safety services and safely fence off work zones during maintenance

What we ask

• Experience with small technical or maintenance work
• Able to plan and organise your own work independently
• Good at communicating with different people: colleagues, management, and external companies
• A practical approach to solving technical problems

What we offer

• Salary from €3,400 to €4,000 gross per month
• Regular pay increases based on the CAO (collective labour agreement) and your performance
• Travel costs reimbursed at €0.23 per kilometre
• Working week of 32 to 40 hours
