Mechanical Assembly Worker

About the job

As a mechanical assembly worker, you are responsible for assembling various technical installations, including machines and advanced test systems. Products are built to the specifications of clients in the Netherlands and abroad. This means the work varies: from compact test setups to large, automated systems.

What you'll do

• Carry out a range of assembly tasks.
• Assemble machines and technical installations using technical drawings.
• Work according to efficient working methods and carry out quality checks.
• Keep your workspace safe, clean and tidy.
• Work with colleagues to deliver high-quality products.

What we ask

• Experience in a similar role in mechanical assembly or machine building.
• Knowledge of mechanics, electronics, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Able to work independently from technical drawings.
• Flexible, team-oriented attitude and able to handle pressure.
• Accurate and a sense of responsibility.

What we offer

• Full-time position, day shift.
• Salary from €3,500 to €3,800 gross per month based on 40 hours per week, depending on knowledge and experience.
• Possibility to reach around €3,800 gross per month through a personal allowance.
• Employment conditions based on CAO Metalektro (the collective labour agreement for the metal and electrical engineering industry), pay grade E.
