Hoist and construction crane technician

About the job

You make sure that hoists on construction sites work safely and reliably. You work in the field at different locations in the central Netherlands region. Every day is different: assembling and dismantling hoists, and diagnosing and fixing mechanical and electrical faults.

What you'll do

• Assemble and dismantle construction hoists and rental equipment at various locations in the central Netherlands region
• Fix mechanical and electrical faults, including reading and modifying PLC controllers
• Carry out inspections and maintenance to keep the hoists in good working order
• Prepare materials and tools in the workshop before heading out to a job
• Take part in emergency standby and respond quickly to unexpected problems

What we ask

• Completed technical education at MBO level (Dutch vocational qualification, comparable to a trade certificate) or relevant hands-on experience
• Category B driving licence; category E is a plus
• Customer-focused attitude and ability to solve problems on your own
• Living near Tilburg or willing to travel to that area
