Production worker - biscuit factory

About the job

Production worker at Biscuit International in Rucphen. You earn from 2,960 euro gross per month, including a shift allowance. You work in a 3-shift system in a stable, close-knit team, with room to learn and grow.

As a production worker, you help with the production and packing of biscuits every day. You make sure the production process runs smoothly. You also learn how to operate machines and handle small technical issues. All work follows HACCP (food safety) rules, and you receive proper training at the start.

What you'll do

• Pack freshly baked biscuits
• Check product quality
• Keep your workstation clean and safe according to HACCP rules
• Help with setting up and changing over machines
• Solve small technical problems on your own

What we ask

• Dutch or good English (conversational level)
• Available for at least 2 full shifts per week
• Experience in food production (a plus, not required)

What we offer

• Gross monthly salary from 3,030 euro (including shift allowance and ADV, a Dutch system of extra days off in exchange for longer working hours) up to 3,250 euro with proven experience
• Shift allowance: 38% between 18:00 and 03:00, and 39% between 03:00 and 06:30
• Vakantiegeld (holiday pay, a mandatory Dutch bonus): 8.33%
• 25 days of holiday per year at full-time hours
• Travel cost reimbursement from 5 km one way: 0.25 euro per km
