Technical Systems Service Engineer

About the job

As a technical systems service engineer, you are responsible for maintaining, optimising, and troubleshooting mechanical installations. You work independently and have a lot of contact with clients. This is a full-time position.

What you'll do

• Carry out maintenance and repair work on installations and building management systems
• Locate and fix faults in ventilation systems, water systems, and heat pumps
• Order the materials you need yourself
• Coordinate work with clients and managing technicians
• Bring in colleagues and subcontractors for more complex tasks
• Take part in emergency on-call duties (roughly once every 10 weeks)

What we ask

• MBO level 3 diploma (Dutch vocational qualification) in installation technology
• At least 2 years of experience as a service engineer, installation fitter, or technical specialist
• Category B driving licence
• Good communication skills and a client-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and switch between tasks quickly
• Preferred: experience with building management systems (BMS)
• Preferred: experience in public sector projects
