Technical Service Engineer / Automation Mechanic

About the job

You work on advanced logistics automation systems in a technical environment. You make sure that automated warehouses and intralogistics installations run reliably, safely and efficiently. You use your analytical and technical skills to solve complex problems and to help introduce improvements.

What you'll do

• Carry out preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance on automated warehouse systems and logistics installations
• Detect, analyse and fix electrical, mechanical and pneumatic faults
• Analyse fault and operational data to prevent recurring problems
• Carry out inspections and quality checks on system reliability
• Work with suppliers and internal teams on maintenance, optimisations and technical innovations

What we ask

• MBO+ diploma (Dutch vocational qualification at level 4 or higher) in electrical engineering, mechatronics or mechanical engineering
• Experience in industrial maintenance of electrical and mechanical installations
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system and to be on call for breakdowns

• Salary: €4,500 to €5,000 gross per month
• Fixed-term contract with the prospect of permanent employment
