Welder (MIG/MAG, TIG) - Freelance

About the job

Are you an experienced welder running your own business and looking for contracts in the east of the Netherlands? The client is looking for independent welders for projects in industry, machine building, steel construction and installation.

What you'll do

• Carry out welding work based on technical drawings
• Assemble and weld structures and components
• Work with different welding methods: MIG/MAG, TIG and electrode welding
• Check welds for quality and dimensions
• Work independently on assembly and fitting tasks
• Help develop technical solutions on site

What we ask

• Proven experience as a welder
• Valid welding certificates or demonstrated practical experience
• Valid VCA certificate (Dutch safety certificate required on most industrial sites)
• Registered as a self-employed professional with KvK (Dutch Chamber of Commerce), known as ZZP (zelfstandige zonder personeel)
• Own tools and personal protective equipment
• Category B driving licence and own transport
• Ability to work independently from technical drawings
• Flexible about project location and duration

What we offer

• Hourly rate from €50.00 to €65.00, depending on experience, certificates and project
• Regular availability of short-term and long-term contracts
