Construction Carpenter – Small-Scale Building Work

About the job

As a construction carpenter, you work on a wide range of renovation projects for homes and buildings, with a focus on small-scale work. No two days are the same. Together with your team, you deliver quality results that meet what clients expect, both in looks and function.

What you'll do

• Renovating and dividing vacant residential properties
• Repairing and restoring building facades
• Finishing door frames and recesses (koven)
• Renovation work in stairwells, corridors, and care facilities
• Carrying out tasks independently and carefully, with attention to quality and durability

What we ask

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a qualified carpenter on similar construction projects
• A relevant MBO (Dutch vocational college, construction level) qualification
• Knowledge of renovation processes and modern load-bearing structures
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Category B driving licence
