Rough Carpenter – Freelance

About the job

This is a freelance contract for a construction project in Utrecht. The project involves building 52 new commercial units. We are looking for an experienced rough carpenter who can work independently.

What you'll do

• Set and install prefabricated walls and building elements
• Build and install timber structures
• Set door frames and facade elements
• Install floor and roof structures
• Take measurements and make adjustments
• All other rough carpentry work
• Work from construction drawings, with attention to accuracy and quality

What we ask

• Your own registered business with a KvK number (KvK is the Dutch Chamber of Commerce register, required for freelancers working in the Netherlands)
• Experience in rough carpentry
• Ability to read construction drawings
• Able to work independently without supervision
