Formwork Carpenter (Concrete) - Freelance

About the job

The client is a family-run company, active for generations in the concrete construction sector. The team has around 20 skilled workers. They build residential and commercial properties, mainly in the Randstad region. They are looking for an independent freelance (ZZP, self-employed) formwork carpenter for a large project: 26 apartments in Nieuwegein.

What you'll do

• Work from technical drawings
• Set up props and supports
• Install wide-slab floors (breedplaatsvloeren)
• Pour, compact and finish concrete
• Build and strip formwork
• Carry out various tasks in residential and commercial construction

What we ask

• Experience as a formwork carpenter in concrete construction
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Registered as self-employed with the KvK (Kamer van Koophandel, the Dutch Chamber of Commerce)
• Able to work fully independently as a freelancer (ZZP)
