Electrical Installer (Utility Buildings)

About the job

We are looking for an electrical installer to work in the Sliedrecht area. You install electrical systems in utility buildings such as offices, schools, hospitals and industrial facilities.

What you'll do

• Install and connect electrical systems in utility buildings
• Lay cable routes, install distribution boards and electrical panels
• Connect light fixtures, sockets and switches
• Read and work from electrical diagrams and installation plans
• Carry out measurements and tests on electrical installations
• Work together with other installers and the site foreman
• Report faults and deviations from the project plan

What we ask

• A completed electrical education (MBO level 2 or higher, or equivalent; MBO is the Dutch practical vocational qualification)
• Experience installing electrical systems in utility buildings
• Ability to read electrical diagrams
• VCA certificate (Dutch safety certificate for construction and industry) is a plus
• Category B driving licence
• A careful approach and attention to the quality of your work

What we offer

• Pay from €16.50 to €26.00 gross per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
• Full-time employment
• Day shifts
