About the job
As a site manager (uitvoerder, the Dutch term for the person responsible for day-to-day site operations) at KWS, you run construction projects in the Oost-Brabant and Limburg regions. Projects range from €0.5 million to €10 million and include work like residential area reconstructions, asphalt resurfacing, and land development. You work independently and have real influence on how projects run.
What you'll do
- Plan and organise work on site, and divide tasks among team members and subcontractors
- Lead foremen and skilled workers, and keep the workplace safe
- Work closely with the project manager and the preparation engineer
- Stay in contact with clients and build your network
- Coach and support team members in their development
What we ask
- Experience as a site manager (uitvoerder) in road construction or infrastructure
- Knowledge of different contract types and working methods used in infrastructure
- Ability to manage a team and maintain good relationships with clients and colleagues
- Natural leadership and the ability to set priorities

- Salary up to €5,500 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience, paid in 13 periods
