Junior Process Operator

About the job

As an operator, you work with a special product: security paper (banknotes, official documents) at a high international level. You make sure the production process runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. And you learn something new every day.

What you'll do

• Work with modern paper machines and automated production lines
• Monitor and improve the quality of the production process
• Prevent breakdowns and fix them quickly when needed
• Carry out light maintenance work on installations
• Supervise production stops and carry out (mechanical) machine inspections
• Take an active part in developing technical improvements
• Gradually grow towards working as an independent operator

Every shift is different, so the work stays varied and keeps you on your toes.

What we ask

• At least MBO 3 or HAVO/VWO level education (MBO is the Dutch system for vocational education, levels 1 to 4; HAVO/VWO is pre-university secondary education), with good results in maths and physics
• Willingness to study process technology at MBO 3 level and to keep developing yourself
• Interest in technology and production processes
• Precise, reliable, and analytical way of working
• Able to work well in a team and on your own
• Available full-time in a 5-shift rotation
