Maintenance Technician

Salary: €3,100 – €3,989 per month

About the job

As a maintenance and breakdown technician, you are responsible for:

• Maintenance and repairs: Carrying out planned inspections and repairs to keep machines and systems reliable.
• Fixing breakdowns: Resolving faults in process installations quickly and effectively to keep downtime to a minimum.
• Safety and environment: Following strict health, safety and environmental rules to keep the workplace safe.
• Documentation and reporting: Keeping accurate records of maintenance work and sharing findings with the team.

What we ask

Experience and skills

• Several years of experience in a similar role in production.
• Willingness to broaden your knowledge beyond your own specialism.
• Interest in automation.
• Good command of English and German.
• Willingness to take part in on-call standby duties.

Education

• MBO-4 (Dutch vocational qualification, level 4) in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or mechatronics.
• An ATEX certificate (qualification for working in explosive atmospheres) is a strong plus, but not required.
• A BHV certificate (Dutch qualification for first aid and fire safety) or willingness to obtain one.

Skills: Interest in automation techniques and willingness to be available for on-call standby duties.
