Production Operator

About the job

As a production operator, you keep the production line running so the whole process goes smoothly. Together with your team, you make sure the production plan is carried out as efficiently as possible. The client is an international leader in bakery ingredients. At the production site in Goes, they make jams, fillings, and toppings based on fruit, chocolate, and dairy. These products go to well-known brands and are used in popular pastries, desserts, and ice creams.

What you'll do

• Keep the production line running without interruptions
• Make sure the production plan is carried out smoothly and efficiently
• Follow hygiene and safety rules in the factory
• Share responsibility for the team working well together
• Possibility to run a production line on your own
• Train new employees
• Learn to operate other production lines

What we ask

• Experience in a production environment
• Experience as a production operator is a plus
• A technical mindset
• Willingness to work in different shift patterns: day shifts, 2-shift, or 3-shift

What we offer

• Salary from €2,600 to €3,500 gross per month, plus a shift allowance
• Holiday pay (vakantiegeld) of 8.33%, an extra payment on top of your salary, common in the Netherlands
• 25 days of paid holiday per year
• Year-end bonus of 4.25%
• 9.5 ADV days per year (ADV: scheduled extra days off as part of a shorter working week arrangement)
• Possibility of a direct contract with the client
• Internal training opportunities and the chance to earn official certificates such as VAPRO
