Production Machine Operator (3-shift)

The client is an international market leader in cream liqueurs and emulsified alcoholic drinks, active since 1979. Their products are sold to well-known brands worldwide. As a machine operator, you work in a modern production facility on a 3-shift schedule. Quality, food safety, and professional development come first here.

What you'll do

• Set up and adjust production machines
• Monitor the production process and report deviations
• Carry out minor repairs and maintenance on machines
• Work according to HACCP guidelines and quality standards
• Check product quality and process parameters
• Work with the team to keep production running smoothly
• Work in a 3-shift system to ensure continuous production

What we ask

• MBO level 3 or 4 (Dutch vocational qualification), preferably in a technical or process technology field
• Experience in a production environment, preferably in food or pharmaceuticals
• Basic knowledge of HACCP
• Forklift experience is a plus
• VCA certificate (Dutch safety certificate for working conditions) or willingness to obtain it
• Willingness to work 3 shifts, including 4 night shifts per cycle
• Accurate and technically minded

What we offer

• Salary with 18.7% shift allowance: up to €4,565 gross per month
• Salary without shift allowance: from €2,900 gross per month
• Allowance for changing into work clothing: €60 gross per month
• Annual bonus: 5% of salary
• Annual pay increase every January
• Travel cost reimbursement: €0.23 per kilometre (up to 30 km one way)
• 25 days of annual leave
• 36-hour working week

Shift schedule

• Morning shift (07:00-15:00): always 5 days
• Afternoon shift (15:00-23:00): 4 days one week, 5 days the next
• Night shift (23:00-07:00): always 4 days
