Production Operator (junior/assistant)

About the job

As an operator, or assistant operator, you work with your team to carry out production orders. You work carefully, make sure raw materials are dosed correctly, and keep the production process running. You pay attention to quality, work safely, and keep your workstation tidy.

What you'll do

• Carry out production orders according to the schedule
• Dose and process raw materials
• Operate and maintain production machines
• Check the quality of products and processes
• Keep machines and workstations clean
• Follow health and safety rules and quality standards

What we ask

• Secondary school education
• Interest in technology and production
• Willing to learn and keep developing
• A team player
• Dutch or English is a plus
• No clock-watching attitude
• Motivated to build broad operator skills

What we offer

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 15:30 (40 hours a week)
• Gross salary between €2,650 and €3,300 per month, based on the Kartoflex CAO (collective labour agreement)
• Travel costs reimbursed from 5 km at €0.23 per kilometre
• Good primary and secondary employment conditions
