Technical Assembly Worker

About the job

You play an important role in building and refurbishing high-quality coffee machines. You work in a modern, ergonomic workplace where quality and precision come first. You also have real input into improvements in the production process.

What you'll do

• Assemble coffee machines according to technical specifications and work instructions.
• Refurbish existing machines through inspections, repairs and improvements.
• Carry out functional tests and final checks to ensure quality.
• Take part in process improvement by suggesting and testing ideas.
• Work with colleagues to reach shared goals and keep a good atmosphere at work.

What we ask

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in assembly or a technical role.
• Basic knowledge of electrotechnics and experience with hand tools.
• Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions.
• Accuracy and a focus on quality.
• Willingness to learn and develop yourself.

• Starting salary from €2,300 to €3,200 gross per 4 weeks.
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Full-time day shift (38 to 40 hours per week).
