Concrete production worker

About the job

You work in the production of prefabricated concrete elements used in construction. Together with your colleagues, you handle moulds and concrete and make sure the finished products meet quality standards. The work takes place in a small team in Kootstertille, near Drachten.

What you'll do

• Assemble and prepare moulds for use
• Pour concrete into moulds and finish the products
• Learn to read technical drawings
• Clean moulds and keep your workstation tidy
• Check the quality of finished concrete elements

What we ask

• Experience in production, construction or a technical field
• You work accurately and have a hands-on attitude
• Willing to learn to read technical drawings
• You speak Dutch or English

What we offer

• Salary from €2,600 to €3,100 gross per 4 weeks
• Working week of 32 to 40 hours
• Fixed hours from 07:00 to 16:00
• Possibility of a permanent contract
• 25 vacation days and 12 ATV days (ATV: scheduled days off as part of the collective working hours arrangement)
• 8% vakantiegeld (holiday allowance, a statutory annual bonus of 8% of your gross salary) and a year-end bonus
