Concrete Production Worker

About the job

As a concrete production worker, you help make high-quality prefabricated concrete parts used in construction projects. You work in a small, close team where cooperation matters. The shift is daytime: 07:00 to 16:00, in Kootstertille.

What you'll do

• Read technical drawings to understand production requirements
• Assemble moulds and pour concrete according to specifications
• Finish and quality-check prefabricated parts
• Clean and maintain moulds and workstations
• Use crane equipment and forklifts to move heavy parts safely

What we ask

• Experience in production, construction or a technical field
• Ability to read technical drawings, or willingness to learn
• You enjoy physical, hands-on work
• Forklift or crane certificate is a plus (you can obtain one through the client company)
• You speak Dutch or English
• Available for the daytime shift

What we offer

• Salary from €2,600 to €3,100 gross per month
• 25 holiday days plus 12 ATV days (ATV: extra days off under the Dutch collective labour agreement, CAO), 37 days in total
• 8% vakantiegeld (holiday allowance, a statutory annual bonus on top of your salary) and a year-end bonus
• Travel cost reimbursement, depending on distance
• Pension scheme under the CAO (collective labour agreement) for the prefabricated concrete sector
• Work clothes and tools provided
• Forklift and crane certificates available at the employer's cost
• Opportunities to grow into a more senior role
• Employment conditions equal to those of directly employed staff at the client company, including number of days off, allowances, ADV pay and other salary components
