About the job
As a renovation works supervisor, you take responsibility for large maintenance and renovation projects. You are active on site every day. You connect people, planning and quality, and you make sure residents, clients and tradespeople know what to expect.
What you'll do
- Coordinate maintenance and renovation projects from start to final handover
- Lead the execution team and subcontractors based on clear agreements
- Monitor planning, quality, safety and order on site
- Keep in contact with workers, residents and clients, and work together with a housing consultant
- Make decisions, spot risks early and put practical solutions in place
What we ask
- At least 3 years of experience as a works supervisor in large maintenance or renovation projects
- MBO level education (Dutch vocational qualification), preferably in construction
- Experience managing workers and subcontractors
- Knowledge of planning, construction quality, safety rules and current regulations
- A hands-on approach, initiative and persistence when things do not go as planned
- Attention to residents, accurate documentation and the ability to work well with others
- You must already live in the Netherlands and have the right to work here. The opdrachtgever (client company) does not provide a work permit, residence permit or sponsorship
