About the job

Do you want to start a new career as a welder, with no previous experience? The client in Venlo offers a personal training programme. You learn from experienced colleagues, work with modern equipment, and build your future as an independent welder step by step. You work on high-quality products for the semiconductor, medical, and high-tech industries.

What you'll do

• Learn MIG/MAG and TIG welding techniques and work with thin sheet metal
• Read technical drawings and assemble parts and modules based on them
• Check the quality of your own work and make sure products meet the required standards
• Operate modern machines and tools safely, following health and safety rules
• Gradually take on more independence and responsibility in the welding process
• Learn from experienced colleagues with the support of a dedicated mentor

• Openness to learning and willingness to follow training or obtain a welding certificate
• Reliability, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work in a team

What we offer

• Salary from 2,800 to 3,400 euro gross per month
• Possibility of a permanent contract based on good performance
• Full time: 32 to 40 hours per week
