About the job

You work on high-quality precision products for clients in the high-tech, medical, and semiconductor industries. Your experience, technical knowledge, and steady hand help deliver quality down to the smallest detail.

What you'll do

• Weld with MIG/MAG and TIG methods on thin stainless steel sheets, 1-3 mm thick
• Assemble and fit components and modules based on technical drawings, with precise fit
• Check the quality of your own welds and make sure the finish meets strict requirements
• Do first-level maintenance on welding equipment and keep your workstation clean and safe
• Share your experience and suggest ideas to improve work processes and product quality

What we ask

• Technical thinking and work level at MBO (Dutch secondary vocational education) standard
• Experience welding MIG/MAG and TIG on thin stainless steel
• Able to read and work from technical drawings and work instructions on your own
• Hands-on, responsible, and focused on solving problems
• Willing to learn and open to new techniques and further development

What we offer

• Salary from €3,000 to €4,000 gross per month, depending on experience
• Permanent contract from day one
• Flexible hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
