Service and Maintenance Carpenter

About the job

You work in a team of experienced professionals. Collaboration, direct communication and an informal atmosphere matter here. The client (opdrachtgever) works in the construction and maintenance sector. You carry out carpentry work independently across a range of maintenance, renovation and service projects. You are also a regular point of contact for residents, clients and building users.

What you'll do

• Carry out carpentry work on maintenance, renovation and service projects
• Complete assigned tasks independently, following the schedule, quality requirements and safety rules
• Act as point of contact for residents, clients and building users
• Keep your work area tidy and maintain the quality of your work
• Solve problems on-site in a practical and effective way

What we ask

• Thinking and working level equivalent to MBO-3
• A completed relevant qualification in carpentry or construction
• Proven experience as a carpenter in maintenance, renovation or service work
• Ability to read construction drawings
• VCA certificate (Dutch safety certificate for construction workers), or willingness to obtain it
• Category B driving licence
• An independent, customer-focused and professional attitude
• Attention to quality, safety and detail
