About the job
The client is a company that specialises in repairing and replacing car glass, with branches across the Netherlands. As a car glass technician, you assess damage, carry out repairs and replacements, and deal with customers directly. You work from one fixed location.
What you'll do
- Assess damage to car windows and windscreens
- Repair and replace car glass
- Advise customers on safety and maintenance
- Fit temporary protection when a replacement window is not immediately available
- Recalibrate camera systems and driver assistance systems
- Handle the administrative side of completed work
- Carry out after-repair checks
What we ask
- Category B driving licence, manual gearbox, this is required
- Good physical condition and able to stay active throughout the day
- Comfortable talking to customers and explaining what you have done in plain language
- Willing to be on call for emergencies in the evenings and at weekends
- Interest in technology
- Accurate and customer-focused
- Happy to do physical work
What we offer
- Gross salary between €2,800 and €3,500 per month
- 25 days of holiday
- 5 ATV days (extra time-off days under the Dutch CAO, collective labour agreement) paid out in cash
- 8% vakantiegeld (holiday allowance, a mandatory annual bonus under Dutch law)

- €100 gross per month extra after completing the training
