Service Technician / Installation and Maintenance

About the job

As a service technician in the industrial sector, you make sure installations run reliably, efficiently and safely. You work on a variety of technical problems and you see the results of your work at customers' sites every day.

What you'll do

• Carrying out service, maintenance and inspection work
• Checking and adjusting installations and control systems
• Diagnosing and fixing technical faults
• Reporting on completed work and advising on improvements
• Planning work and coordinating with customers and project teams

What we ask

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a service technician or in a similar technical role
• Technical education at MBO level (Dutch vocational qualification), preferably in installation technology, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
• Knowledge of measurement and control technology and the ability to read technical documentation
• Practical thinking, ability to work independently and a focus on safety
• Willingness to keep developing and working carefully with customers

What we offer

• Gross salary from €3,250 to €4,000 per month, depending on experience
• 38 days off per year: 25 holiday days and 13 ADV days (ADV: reduced working hours days, a common Dutch arrangement to compensate for working more than 36 hours a week)
