Vehicle and machinery technician

About the job

As a vehicle and machinery technician, you maintain and repair different types of equipment, such as forklifts and telescopic loaders. You work in a close team in an organisation with a flat structure and direct communication. You can keep developing through courses and training.

What you'll do

• Carry out inspections and maintenance: inspect, assess the technical condition and repair vehicles.
• Fix faults: solve technical problems quickly and effectively.
• Keep the workshop tidy and well organised.
• Work on a variety of vehicles: from forklifts to telescopic loaders.
• Grow your skills through courses and training.

What we ask

• Completed technical MBO (Dutch vocational education, minimum level 2) or equivalent.
• Category B driving licence.
• Experience with vehicles and working machinery is a plus.
• VCA certificate (Dutch safety certificate for working conditions) or willingness to obtain it.
• Interest in maintenance, diagnostics and repairs.

• Salary from €3,200 gross per month, depending on experience.
