Plasterer

**About the job**

The client is a medium-sized finishing company in the Assen region. They work on new builds and renovations for both private and business clients. As a plasterer you work on your own or with a colleague. You help private homes and housing association properties look their best.

**What you'll do**

• Apply plaster on exterior facades, interior walls and ceilings
• Assess each job independently and decide how to approach it
• Work alone or together with a colleague
• Serve private and business clients in the Assen region
• Work on new builds and renovation projects
• Act as a go-to person for colleagues on technical questions

**What we ask**

• At least 2 years of experience as a plasterer; a completed vocational training is a strong plus
• Knowledge of plastering techniques: thrown plaster, decorative plaster, sanding and surface finishing
• Experience with spray plastering (spackle/gypsum) is not required but is a plus
• Category B driving licence (required), own car (plus)
• VCA-basis certificate (basic Dutch safety certificate for construction) or willingness to obtain it for free
• Good communication skills with colleagues and clients

**What's on offer**

• Salary in line with CAO SAG (the Dutch collective labour agreement for the painting and finishing sector): €3,200–€3,900 gross per month, depending on experience and training
• Good pension through BPF Bouw (the construction industry pension fund)
• Travel costs reimbursed
• Full time, 37.5 hours per week
• Training opportunities, such as a rot repair course, glazing course, mobile elevated work platform course and more
• Work clothing and safety footwear provided
• Choice of pay frequency: weekly, every 4 weeks or monthly
