Maintenance fitter / pump and rotating equipment fitter

About the job

You work on the maintenance of machines and industrial installations. You work with mechanical drive systems and rotating equipment. Precision and problem-solving are important in this role. You work together with colleagues and use technical documentation every day.

What you'll do

• Carry out preventive and corrective inspections of pumps, electric motors and gearboxes.
• Disassemble rotating machines for inspection and repair.
• Repair mechanical parts and drive systems according to technical specifications.
• Overhaul machines and components to restore them to full working order.
• Read and apply technical drawings and work instructions.

What we ask

• Experience as a maintenance fitter, pump fitter or rotating equipment fitter.
• Knowledge of mechanical drive systems and rotating equipment, or willingness to learn.
• Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions.
• Precise, independent and solution-focused way of working.
• Motivation to learn, willingness to work in a team and attention to detail.

What we offer

• Salary from €2,549.73 gross per month, depending on experience.
• Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
• Working week of 32 to 40 hours, full time.
