About the job
As a production worker, you work at different production lines at a client company in Giessen. You check products, pack them, and keep the production process running. You work carefully and follow the rules for quality, hygiene, and safety.
What you'll do
- Refill raw materials and packaging materials
- Check product quality
- Operate and refill production machines
- Spot and report deviations or defects
You work 5 days a week, Monday to Saturday, in a 3-shift rotation: morning shift 06:00–14:45, afternoon shift 14:00–22:45, night shift 22:00–06:45.
What we ask
- Experience as a production worker, packing worker, or operator is preferred
- Good command of Dutch and/or English
- Ability to get to Giessen on your own (no public transport available)
- Available to work in a 3-shift rotation
What we offer
- Gross salary from €3,300 to €3,650 per month, depending on experience
- Shift allowance of 19% on top of your hourly rate
- 24 days of holiday per year
- 8% vakantiegeld (holiday pay, a standard Dutch bonus paid once a year on top of your salary)
- Travel costs reimbursed at €0.25 per km (up to 40 km one way)
- Pension accrual from your first day
- Possibility of a permanent contract after a good performance review
