Stainless Steel / TIG Welder

About the job

The client is a metal fabrication company in Heerhugowaard with over 24 years of experience. They focus on quality, smooth processes and clear communication. As a welder you will produce custom steel products using different welding techniques and materials such as steel, stainless steel and aluminium.

What you'll do

• TIG welding of stainless steel from 2 mm
• MIG/MAG welding of steel and aluminium
• Assembling structures independently based on specifications
• Reading technical drawings and delivering a clean finish
• Travelling to Asia 4 to 6 times a year for assembly projects (a VOG certificate of conduct is required)

What we ask

• Proven experience as a welder or a completed welding training
• Knowledge of TIG, MIG/MAG and electrode welding techniques
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility

What we offer

• Gross hourly rate of €18.17 to €20.65, depending on experience
• Day shifts Monday to Friday, 32 or 40 hours per week
